Assistance in the overall planning of a Hotel Project with special attention given to the following areas: 1. it starts with the Ideal Area Requirements, 2.the nature of the Facility Mix i.e. Planning the layout and design of the kitchen in accordance with the food service concepts, including commissary, bakery, finishing kitchen, serveries and cold kitchens,3. specifying requirement of the cold storage, dishwashing, vertical and horizontal service movements, MEP requirements, 4.specifying kitchen production and operating equipment and plant for the management of waste,5. determination of Guest Facilities, Operational Inputs and Requirements, Staff Facilities, Guest & Service Cores, Fire Strategy, Architectural, Structural and MEP inputs etc.6.summarizing design issues and evaluation of the finished blueprints. We specify the requirement of the operation equipment and also assist in tendering and procurement of the same.
