The Mktg Dept is responsible for gaining and retaining customers and guests at a profit in the Hotels in the respective area.  Daily execution of marketing plan on 3 segments

Marketing Support concentrates on planning of all activities from brochure / press ads to on line
(e mailings, banners, websites ) materials, negotiating contracts with Printers, Agencies and other third parties and following up all actions until results analysis.  Setting and maintaining standards of Corporate Identity is a key activity

The objective is to maximize hotels and company revenues through brand recognition and the value drivers implementation
Value Drivers :  Connections ( airline partners / freq flyer programs )
Leisure Program – Loyalty Programs for bookers
Central Meeting Line ( booking intermediary for meeting rooms ) e commerce
Fern Loyalty Programs

Key Accountability :
Develop annual mktg plan
Initiate and execute all mktg activities according to mktg plan
Analyze Section
Guard the correct use of house style by mktg team and hotels
Responsible for e commerce of area website
Develop profitable joint promotions
Initiate and execute together with individual hotel team tactical marketing activities
Ensure participation from Franchise Hotels/ all managed hotels  in all marketing activities
Create Monthly Report
Orgn of Special Events
Set up and manage P R Actions within the group
Budget Follow up

Job Requirements:
Preferably a Marketing Degree with experience in reputed Hotel Brands


F&B MANAGER (The Fern, Jaipur / Cabbana Hotel, Jalandhar)Apply
Experience :
Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in food and beverage in a hotel / restaurant of which at least 3 years as Assistant F&B Manager in a 5 star hotel.

Minimum Qualification :
Diploma / Degree in Hotel management from a recognized institute.

Qualities and Traits :
Flair for innovation in order to design creative themes for food festivals; Dynamic and energetic.

* Ability to meet and exceed F&B revenue.
* Meet and exceed guest expectation by maintaining the service standards.

SALES MANAGER (The Fern, Jaipur / The Wallstreet, Jaipur)Apply
Experience :
Minimum 7 to 8 years in hospitality sales of which at least 3 years in hotel sales and a minimum 1 year as Assistant Sales Manager.

Minimum Qualification :
MBA in Marketing or Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized institute.

Qualities and Traits :
Pleasant and very good interpersonal skills, energetic, ability to handle all kinds of guests and convert them as loyal customers.

* Ability to meet and exceed targets - Number of Room Nights and Room Revenue.

SECURITY MANAGER (The Fern, Jaipur)Apply
Experience :
Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in security preferably in the service industry.

Experience :
Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in housekeeping out of which at least 2 years as a supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications :
Degree / Diploma in hotel or Graduate from a recognized institute.

Qualities and Traits :
Keen eye for details and observation, good communication skills, energetic.

* Ability to maintain spotlessly clean rooms and public areas.
* Follow HK SOPs.
* Lead the housekeeping team by daily briefing, training and career development programs.

Experience :
Minimum 7 to 8 years experience in a hotel or service industry out of which at least 8 years as a deputy.

Minimum Qualifications :
Degree / MBA in Finance or B.Com from a recognized institute.
