Interface between Owners & Operators :

  Institute of Hospitality,London - Western India Chapter.
*He has over 30 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry.
*Set-up and operated The Orchid Group from inception (1996) till
  November 2007.
*Has been associated with Hotel groups such as:
  - The Spencer Group of Hotels.
  - Fariyas Group.
  - Hotel Leela Venture.
  - Raheja Group of Hotels in India .

Mr. Pushpinder Kumar (Chief Executive Officer)
*A Hotel Management Graduate from the IHM - Mumbai after which he
  Post Graduated as a Gold Medallist in Hotel Management from the
  Oberoi School of Management, New Delhi.
*He has been associated with the Industry for over 22 years and
  worked with various groups such as the Oberoi Hotels, Park Plaza,
  Marriott Renaissance and The Uppals, New Delhi.

Mr. Kiran Wagle (Vice President - Sales & Marketing)
*Has 34 years of experience in varied fields such as General Insurance,
  Pharma, Hospitality & Education. Was with Glaxos for 5 years.
*Long association of 24 years with the Taj Group of Hotels.
*Sound Knowledge of the Hospitality Industry both in terms of Sales &
  Marketing & Operations.
*Has handled various assignments for imbibing sales skills to
  Operational Managers.
*Has been an achiever being tenacious, strong willed, a go getter,
  optimistic with leadership and time management skills.

Mr. Suhail Kannampilly (Vice President - Operations)
*Has over 8 years work experience in the Hospitality Industry.
*Having completed his Management Training with the Orchid Group, he
  has varied experience in setting up of new hotel properties.

Mr. K P Das (Vice President - Projects)
*A diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, he has over 32 years
  experience in Maintenance.
*Worked for TIFR, Tylos Hotel, Ritz Group & The Retreat. Overseas
  experience in Bahrain.

Mr. Pramod Kulkarni (General Manager - MIS & IT)
*A Science Graduate with a Diploma in Business Management, also MBA in Finance with Advance Diploma in IT
*He has over 8 years of Professional Experience in the Management Information Systems, Finance & IT.
*He has worked with various esteemed Groups such as Saraswat Bank, PAE Ltd and World Resorts Ltd, Mumbai / Bangalore.

Mr. Shamitav Jana (General Manager - Operations)
*A foundation of hotel management and hospitality skills honed at
  diverse and varied scales of domestic & international properties.
*He brings with him focused business acumen of 15 years and
  perspicuous operating techniques & procedures at new ventures.

Mr. Krishna Poojari (Corporate Financial Controller)
*Chartered Accountant Intermediate with 09 experience in Hotel Finance
  and Audit.
*Well versed with uniform systems of accounting.

Ms. Beena Saldanha (Manager - Admin)
*A Commerce Graduate with a Diploma in Personal Secretary's Course,
  she has worked for over 25 years with Chairmen / Managing Directors
  / Directors & General Managers of the Spencer, Taj, Leela, Fariyas,
  Raheja & Orchid group of hotels.

Mr. B.K. Shenoy (Consultant - Human Resources)
*Having been with the Indian Railways for 36 years, he has wide
  experience in dealing with Industrial Relations (has handled 2500 staff
  under 6 divisions of the railways), Labour Unions, Manpower Planning,
  Payroll, setting up HR Functions & Systems, Liaisoning with Govt.
  authorities.

Mr. Rajinder Singh (Asst. Training Manager)
*Over 10 years of experience in F&B Service and 3 years of experience in training, IHM Graduate with MBA in Marketing has prior experience in Kohinoor Continental, Frankfinn Institute.

Mr. Kunal Ahuja (Asst. Training Manager)
*Over 10 years of experience in the Hotel Training & Operations. He has worked with Tian Star Hospitality, Palms Hotel Tower & Vilas, The Park Hotels, Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. (IEHPL).
