He has been associated with the Industry for over 16 years and worked with various groups such as the Oberoi Hotels, Park Plaza, Marriott Renaissance and the Uppals Orchid.

20 years of marketing hotels including 14 years with the Taj Group, Director of Marketing, Grand Hyatt, Mumbai, South Asia’s largest mixed-used development. Key member of the pre-opening team, successfully launching and positioning the asset as a preferred hotel in Mumbai within six months of launch. Director of Sales for the legendary Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai. Launched the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) division for the Taj Group covering over 45 hotels, pan-India. Last assignment being Country Manager, Star Cruises, India’s first and highly successful Cruise Liner

A diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, he has over 32 years experience in Maintenance. Worked for TIFR, Tylos Hotel, Ritz Group & The Retreat. Overseas experience in Bahrain.

A Bachelors Degree and Business Management in Finance, he has over 6 years experience in the Management Information Systems & Finance. He has worked with esteemed Groups such as Saraswat Bank, Wallchand Group of Companies and The World Resorts Ltd, Mumbai/Bangalore.

Over 12 years experience in hotel operations with Sarovar hotels. Expertise in setting up front office and back of the house systems. Worked with Aquarius group of hotels in the United Kingdom. Accomplished trainer of Unirez Reservation system.

Has overall 19 years work experience in Information Technology with over 10 years in the Hospitality Industry. Has been associated with technology leaders such as TCS and with hotel brands such as The Orchid & The Taj Group of Hotels.

Chartered Accountant with varied experience in hotel finance and audit, Well versed with uniform systems of accounting and in-depth knowledge of hotel operating software. His last assignment was as Financial Controller with Ananda, in the Himalayas, A luxury Spa Resort which has the distinction of winning the Condenast Traveller Best Spa Award for three consecutive years.

A Science Graduate and a Diploma in Hotel Management - he has over 15 years experience in various Hotel Groups. He has also had international exposure in Hotel Operations with specialization in Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Marketing & Sales, Finance & Management Development. He is also a qualified Leadership Grid Trainer and has conducted various Grid Programs for Hotel staff within the Group.

Having been with the Indian Railways for 36 years, he has wide experience in dealing with Industrial Relations (has handled 2500 staff under 6 divisions of the railways), Labour Unions, Manpower Planning, Payroll, setting up HR Functions & Systems, Liaisoning with Govt. authorities.
