A Postgraduate in Personnel & Marketing Management, she has been working in Hotel industry for over 18 years. Was responsible for Marketing and positioning The Retreat as the most successful Conference venue in the Western region. Worked for Fariyas Group of Hotels and Raheja Group of Hotels.

A Diploma in Hotel Management, he has over 30 years experience in the industry. He has perfected the art of maintaining high hygiene standards in the kitchen. He also has experience in Flight Kitchen Catering. Worked for Chef Air Flight Kitchen, The Taj Group & Holiday Inn. Has attended various training programs in Singapore, Kuwait & London.

Has over 18 years experience in the industry. With serveral years in the Front Office division, her forte is guest handling and has always been successful in achieving a very high degree of guest delight and guest satisfaction. Worked for Centaur Hotel, Hotel Horizon, The Resort & Ramada Hotel Palm Grove.

Being in Housekeeping for over 20 years, has always ensured cleanliness and maintained the aesthetic values of hotels. Also in charge of Laundry operations. She has a Diploma in French and attended a course in Horticulture. She has won several prizes in Flower Arrangement. Worked for the Taj Group, Mughal Sheraton, Ramada Hotel Palm Grove.

A Science Graduate and a Diploma in Hotel Management - he has over 15 years experience in various Hotel Groups. He has also had international exposure in Hotel Operations with specialization in Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Marketing & Sales, Finance & Management Development. He is also a qualified Leadership Grid Trainer and has conducted various Grid Programs for Hotel staff within the Group.

Having been with the Indian Railways for 36 years, he has wide experience in dealing with Industrial Relations (has handled 2500 staff under 6 divisions of the railways), Labour Unions, Manpower Planning, Payroll, setting up HR Functions & Systems, Liaisoning with Govt. authorities.

Though he started of his career with Indian Air Force and served 15 years for them, he has since moved on to Purchase and has over 18 years experience in the Purchasing Function. Has worked for Ambassador Sky Chef & Raheja Group of Hotels.

Having been in Security for over 18 years, he has a great eye for anything happening out of the ordinary. He is capable of handling any eventuality with utmost ease. Has worked with Hotel Blue Diamond & Raheja Group of Hotels.
